Entry is via e-mail or postcard. I have transcribed this from Saturday's copy of The Independent newspaper.
I am fairly confident on the answers although question 1 was quite difficult to find. There seems to be some debate on the matter but the link I have found is from the newspaper itself so it must be right.
Summarising the answers:
1. a) pollack
2. c) onions
3. c) Marco Pierre White
4. b) fish and chips
5. b) parsnips
