Habit I guess. When travelling on biz, I collect all receipts, upload them on corp. expenses platforms etc, and to check my spending daily. Gotten into this habit when using my private cards too.

I really don't understand the issue, if you have all the receipts then you already know what you've spent, all that transactions in online banking can do is either confirm what you already know or tell you that a spend you made hasn't actually made it to be posted yet.
