G24 advice please.

I've noticed the post about speaking to retail manager.
The shop has changed names 3 times since my PCN charge & i don't have any letters to prove i was even committing an offense.
I don't want to go to court and a lot are convinced G24 don't do this so shall i just ignore the letter?
I get it that this may be something simple and so many have suffered but some help here would really go along way?
