I will dig out what I can. It would be easier to post links to pictures but my account is restricted due to me being new.

ok great I will try that.

I am just in the process of doing the N244 to set aside the court order and there are some parts I am struggling with.

    For example:
    Question 3:
What order are you asking the court to make and why?
--Is the following acceptable: To set aside judgement as I did not get an invite to attend my defence in court.

    Question 4
Have you attached a draft of the order you are applying for?
-- Nothing in the notes for guidance to assist with this. Is this a copy of the original claim - confused

    Question 7
Give details of any fixed trial date or period
-- Is this the day I did not attend court?

    Question 8
What level of Judge does your hearing need?
    -- County Court Judge?

    Question 9
Who should be served with this application?
-- Is this me the defendant? Or the claimant?

    Question 10
What information will you be relying on, in support of your application?
    the attached witness statement
    the statement of case
the evidence set out in the box below

    Do I select ALL?
Is this where I put my defence up including my counter claim and for claimant to pay for the set aside fees?

Also, no notes in the N244 guidance on how to make the payment.
Sorry for all the questions chaps :(

This is the Guide which is the same as Notes for guidance - https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/772448/n244-notes-eng.pdf

Neither explain my questions above or how to make payment.

What do you want to pay??

To pay court fees you can attach a cheque to the application

Google will help you pay court fees online and give you all info on how to pay the fee

Phew, thanks for this. I guess I send it to Uxbridge county court then with cheque.

Could I get help with some of the questions? For example
    Question 3:
What order are you asking the court to make and why?

--Is the following acceptable: To set aside judgement as I did not get an invite to attend my defence in court.
