Blue Air Compensation

Does anyone have any ideas how to sort my flight compensation claim from October 2018. Blue Air have agreed the compensation claim, requested and received my bank details last December and every time I contact them I get fobbed off with “it’s been passed to our Financial Departments”. I have asked for the telephone number of the financial department but they tell me they don’t have any numbers. It’s very nearly 8 months now and I can’t complain to the CAA as it was a flight from Rome to Liverpool - any ideas on what next?
