So I sent the template as a reply to UKPC on 26th day and just received this email. Not sure why it says they don't know the keeper as the template doesn't say I don't know the keeper! So assume I just ignore?

It's the template reply would have hoped you'd already been expecting by reading other UKPC threads. This is all over the forum and we keep repeating the same stuff.

As we are so busy, I am not sure how to stop people posting about this every week or so, except to say, always search the parking forum before posting as nothing here is new, pretty much nothing at ordinary appeal stage needs a new post/question unless it's not already covered when you search for an unusual word from the letter.

We want every newbie to know how the forum works best, and surprisingly, that's not by posting a question each time in your own thread:

I wrote back to the template reply I received saying that they had missed the deadline for NTK. Received an email today saying the charge had been cancelled!
