Canon scanner issue

unsure if this will help you but paint.net under File > Acquire > From Camera or Scanner, think you could check device manager first

Windows 10 has its own "Fax and Scan" program that can probably replace the aforementioned Canon program, providing the computer can see the scanner/printer it should do the same job.

With 'My Image Garden' the scan option is greyed out ...



Vuescan downloaded fine and worked fine, but puts a watermark across the scan unless you buy the product which is nearly 30 USD!!! :eek: Could probably buy a new printer for that!



Windows Fax & Scan says 'no scanner connected'


In Paint, the 'from scanner or camera' option is greyed out.
He doesn't have paint.net - is that worth trying ..... or what?
