Not a good idea to try this from an OEM install
I speak from bitter experience trying to sysprep surface laptops.
It failed every time and much attempting to find out how to correct was fruitless
If the laptop has a recovery partition this would be a good option or maybe a macrium image booted from CD backup and then restore.
Otherwise Linux live CD or USB is the easiest and least risky0 -

How about a boot from Macrium USB then Image backup and restore which will effectively give you factory install media0
