    you could try running Sysprep, it resets Windows in to its factory condition. (ie asks you to set up an account, welcome to Windows etc). Google it!

    Not a good idea to try this from an OEM install
    I speak from bitter experience trying to sysprep surface laptops.
    It failed every time and much attempting to find out how to correct was fruitless

    If the laptop has a recovery partition this would be a good option or maybe a macrium image booted from CD backup and then restore.

    Otherwise Linux live CD or USB is the easiest and least risky

    Once you do that, it is still no longer new. Even"re-setting" will never make it new again. Windows will always show the first-boot date (unless you have the original factory install media.

    How about a boot from Macrium USB then Image backup and restore which will effectively give you factory install media
