Of course they did ... you weren't their customer and they were having to pay out. If you'd gone via your own insurance company then they may have referred you to Auxillis as both your insurer and Auxillis could load the claim to make some more money.Mercdriver said:When an admiral customer hit me, Admiral put me on enterprise, not Auxillis. To add - if you were both Admiral customers then keeping costs down would be what Admiral would look to do. There's be no benefit to them to refer one customer to Auxillis when they'd have to pay it themselves via the other customer's account.1
