What "ParkingEye 28 days" are you talking about?
Let PE take as long as they like - you won't be paying anything.0 -
PE states after 28 days goes up to £70. I think the concern is that Aldi doesntput it through and I get bad credit rating or something?? I'm probably overthinking this oneWhat "ParkingEye 28 days" are you talking about?

Yes, you are overthinking this.
Nothing will affect your credit rating unless this goes to court and you lose, and you don't pay what the judge says.
You are a very long way from that happening.
Aldi have said they will cancel it. Give them, and PE, time.
Again... you won't be paying PE anything.0 -

Back again! Parking eye still showing as owing £40. Aldi contacted and they say it can take 28 days for the cancellation to show. Waiting 28 days would take this over parking eyes 28 days. Aldi have checked and will try to get Parking Eye to push cancellation through (I still have the reference number Aldi gave for the cancellation)
Little concerned should cancellation not show before that clock runs out!
Advice appreciated.
You must understand that Parking Eye are just simple servants in
this money scamming game but ... ALDI IS THE BOSS
The clock is now on stop0 -
Also don't forget that while it might be yours, the very last priority PE have is cancelling tickets.
Just look in daily at their PCN portal - just seems obvious - to keep tabs on how it's progressing. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
