Some people trying to update may find they can't ... yet:

In my case it is the Qualcomm driver causing an issue - mine is currently < 10.0.1.11 (actually 10.0.0.355)

Edit: the Qualcomm driver was only one of the issues ... seems there's something else preventing the update too.

Strangely I managed to do a USB install on my laptop that previously failed the update due to an SD card being installed.

Also had to prevent updates being downloaded as part of the install for a couple of computers. The default is to download updates - I can understand why.

Restriction now lifted, the drive letter re-assigning glitch has been fixed.

Seems to be a lot of Windows updates relatively recently.
In respect of 1903 I'm being given the option of downloading it when I'm ready.
I only have a laptop which is working perfectly fine at present without download 1903.
I'm just wondering if I can just ignore this particular feature update?

Read the details ... I think it'll let you defer but at some point (within 6 months?) it'll force the update on you.
