This is something I've raised here. It follows from the changes we made to our T&Cs that I've spoken out about previously. Not all of our communications have been updated to reflect this change. I'll sends this to those sorting out these issues.

Thanks for confirming you have previously fed back the misleading and factually incorrect nature of these letters to the powers that be.

Sadly it comes as no surprise to me that they continue to be sent out.

That said, the telephone operative did not fight my request to opt-out, so there is a silver lining.
