First day in today took salmon, broccoli, asparagus and two boiled eggs. Ate cold. Very tasty and healthy but then ate some sweeties and currently having a glass of wine! Must try harder!0

011 3/15 complete
100% so far for the days I’ve been at work. Leftovers some days & today made a sandwich & bought fruit with me too.
Need to do a proper meal plan tonight to include lunches. I am good at planning evening meals but definitely need to improve on breakfasts & lunches to help me in this challenge.0 -
015 3/11 and my working week is done till Monday.
Rather boring lunch of cottage cheese salad and pitta. I am going to try and jazz it up a bit for next week. We had a staff meeting this afternoon so took full advantage of all the treats on offer !!!
Best wishes
