sorry this month was a bit of a write off for me as had some time off work.
will be back on track next month :)
  • 14/16 yesterday took a packed lunch to a First Aid course and today I have chicken pittas with a yoghurt :)
  • 18/20 - ham sarnie, mini cheddars, KitKat and a yoghurt. Not very inspiring but I really enjoyed it.
  • Brought lunch with me today but had a meeting in the morning. It's chicken and been out the fridge for 3 hours. It's was cooked the previous night, cooled and placed in the fridge and taken out this morning but as I say it's been out for 3 hours and we are pushing 20 degrees here today. It's now in the work fridge but I'm not sure it'll be safe to eat?

Was it in a cooler bag? It might be ok if it wasn't warm when you put it in the fridge.
