Awesome, you're quibbling over what hour the email was sent. As I said, the chances are they'll need to manually do the refunds so it may take longer.

I've been told on here that they haven't taken my money and that it was only a pre-authorisation...You are telling me that they need more time to do refunds. ( think you are correct!)

The hour makes a difference in terms of when WD 1 starts.

If manual refunds are required that's fine. UA could at least email with an explanation as to why they haven't managed or with an update.

Something weird is going on with all this anyway. A few people have noticed in their PayPal payment that their payments were sent to a gmail email address that contains a former directors first name and last name...Why would a huge company have payments going into a gmail account of a former director?

Maybe it's just the amount of refunds they have to process that might be adding to the delays? It was 5000+ heat, and now a 6000+ comment thread. Can't imagine if they have to go through each and every order it's going to be a quick process, also might explain the standard cancellation email somone got without their name or order number.

It was posted as a misprice offer (not a sale, I got the alert via phone notification, although I'm pretty certain I had two notifications and the first was titled a glitch) so anybody ordering knew the chances they where taking when ordering so not entirely sure why anybodies complaining now. I would give them time, although they're under time restraints to refund I imagine it's costing them a fair bit in admin to fix this.

Actually it wasn't posted as a misprice - it was updated afterwards. That conversation has been had on the thread. The description states:
Under Armour seem to be having a a clear-out of some colours in their range.

There are lots of products down to £8.80 including t-shirts, shorts and polo shirts!

The word glitch wasn't used until way down the first page.
This smells like price glitch, is this a normal behaviour from UA?

The chance I took was that my order would be cancelled almost straight away. It shouldn't take more than 10 days to cancel a misprice order and for it all to be resolved. It shouldn't be the case that payments have been taken when the T&Cs state that payment is taken on dispatch of goods.

Of course, we will get our money back one way or another.

4 active threads today? A minor subset of MSE overlaps HUKD... Hardly a rival.

UA have never stated why orders were cancelled, the only communication is one stating that the orders have not been accepted.

I paid by debit card, and although it states they don't charge until the goods are shipped, this wasn't adhered to in my situation as monies went from a pended state on the Sunday to a claimed status the very next day.

It's disappointing how UA have gone about dealing with the situation, even the refund email states the refund is for returned goods, when they were never delivered.
I suspect this is all dealt with in the Netherlands, and the people there have lower expectations than us.

15 days later and I’m still waiting for my refund. They’ve ignored several emails, although have managed to refund me one single payment of £8.80 but none of the rest of the £90 I spent! I’m not sure what to do next. It’s disgraceful customer service.
