You cannot return your tickets and get a full refund!! What planet do you live on?? :rotfl:I sold a pair of concert tickets last year(at face value). I have four spare tickets to a gig next year because my friends cant go now, yes i WILL put them on ebay anewman. Does that make me a tout?? Because i would rather another genuine fan got to go than the tickets sit in my pocket! How many tickets am i allowed to sell?? Does your planet have a specified limit?

Take that tickets were £50 each....a bit steep...so I bought 4. Two to keep and two to sell which I did and it works out that me and my friend paid £15 each......Take that don't have a problem making a massive profit so neither do I.

Is it just me, but when I clicked on link it took me to an auction for some Victoria Beckham perfume LOL

:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: My intervention won the day it would seem. They decided to sell something else with the auction.

Take That pay tax to HM Customs and Revenue and get off their !!!! for a living. You don't see them sitting on their fat !!!!!! calling ticket hot lines, listing them on ebay and begrudgingly going to the post office to post them cause they only made £100 and not £1000 on a ticket, being investigated for tax evasion do you?!
  • Do you work for HMRC? Or are you just generally a grumpy !!!!!!!?? I think lumping in the people that occasionally sell the odd ticket and professional touts is a bit unfair!! You seem a bit bitter to me, maybe you should get out more:confused:

Whats to say that the people buying and selling tickets aren't paying tax?

It's a free market in which people can buy and sell, tickets are just another item that you can make a profit on. I suppose I'll be buying a turkey in a couple of weeks, as Tesco will be making a profit on it does that make them Turkey Touts? after all they are selling them for more than they paid....
    ..........Insert amusing tagline here..........

I expect they've had an offer off ebay and will have saved themselves a fat packet of ebay fees thanks to you
    My TV is broken!
Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j

I'm just about to work my way through the lot on Ebay. 1408 auctions in total. w***ers. I've exceeded the number of messages I can send in one day. At least some people have got a message that will scare the crap out of them, and hopefully make them think twice when they think buying tickets is easy money.

I can't believe anyone with a name like "anewman" can be so neantherdal in their responses.
You'd be better employed spending your time learning the English language and stop being so foul mouthed in your posts....having said that you're living (?) proof that a person's vocabulary is a good guide to their intellect.

As to your comment about a seller buying clothes ( and I'd guess any other item ) cheap to sell at a profit...............well, D'ohhh! :rotfl::rotfl:.....I'm sort of guessing that may be the concept of eBay?? To my knowledge no-one on eBay has yet had their arms dislocated where it's been forced up their back to make them buy items.......

And how sad is anyone whose life is so boring / meaningless that they need to spend hours trawling ( trolling) through ads like some cyber perve to send unsolicited aggressive e-mails???

Sounds to me like you're a little bitter and twisted ( some might say a little bitter and twisted what? )...in fact I think I may just have stumbled across your weblog????

Suddenly the image of Eric Idle singing " Always look on the bright side of life........." springs to mind...........:D:D
