Not managed to get to the branch yet. Will definitely go tomorrow lunchtime.
I did however receive another letter today from collections asking for the full amount, it was dated 16th Nov the day after the letter saying we made a mistake and we're not going to charge you was sent. Wish they'd make up their minds.0 -
I think you are wasting your time going to a branch.
All they will do is set you down in a room and ring Collections for you and hand you the phone.
You could do this yourself anytime between 8am and 6 pm.
Don't put it off any longer.
I have a feeling you have not been entirely honest in your postings in how you have run your accounts.0 -
Ok I went into the branch today. Wasn't busy which was good. Asked to speak to someone regarding my Graduate account. He asked what about the account, so I said my overdraft had been removed and now I had bank charges because of it. Told me to take a seat and he'll fetch someone. 30 mins later I was still waiting so decided to leave as I had to get back to work. Made a call when I got back to the office and booked an appointment for Friday afternoon.0

I've already spoken to Collections on Sunday when they called me. They were the ones who said I had to go into my branch as they could only re-instate the overdraft. I would like the fees refunded as they are imo too high and would never had occured had they informed beforehand that my overdraft was going to be removed.0
