Negative/ stressful events are a normal part of life. Many are unavoidable, but some we can plan or prepare for (by having savings or insurance policies say).

Being the most famous and influential woman in the world (and very rich to boot) has not protected Queen Elizabeth II from all negative/ stressful life events, nor from such events being clustered together. She wears pretty much every colour over the course of a year, from brights to black and white, so that has nothing to do with her 'good luck' or 'bad luck'.

The Queen famously described 1992 as an annus horribilis. She has had other 'bad' years before and since, such as losing her beloved father and becoming queen at a young age, or the deaths of both her mother and sister in 2002.

Life has ups and downs fact. This is why you are becoming anxious and looking for something that does not exist ie Good Luck.

See your GP. To be honest if you only worried about colours then in my opinion you have very little to worry about. Horoscopes and anything in a similar vein shouldn’t be taken seriously.

Go see the GP- the gut feeling for me is that this is along the lines of OCD

If you are really worried about your mental health, go see your GP. But you are the master of your own fate. Horoscopes and whatnot are not real.

Read all the horoscopes and pick one you like..........Or don't read any of them.
You do know that it is just someones job to write them don't you, anyone can apply for that job.
If black and white suits you get the top, if it doesn't leave the top on the hanger.

How would reading them change your luck, even if horoscopes "worked ?
For example, if the horoscope for the sign Pyrex* said "you will be eaten by a giraffe today" would that only work for those that read the horoscope and thus didn't go to the safari park as planned? Or for those who didn't, would the giraffes escape and rampage down the street selectively attacked those born under Pyrex anyway?

Hi Soffie, I get where you're coming from, it sounds like you feel you have little control in your life so you're looking for a sign that everything is going to be ok, the signs (bad luck/good luck colours) is your small way of trying to get that control.
I do think tackling your anxiety would help, even if that's something as simple as listing all your anxieties then listing how you can do one small thing to help you feel less anxious.
Please look up websites that can help you develop coping strategies, I would also encourage you to make an appointment with your GP to see if you can be referred for some help.

Ultimately there is very little in life that we can control, however we can work on our reactions to the situations we are in, that is where we can then feel more in control of our lives.
