i am struggling very much with anxiety due to issues going on in my life.
i have turned to reading horoscopes in a bid for luck.
i happened to read my chinese one and it mentioned me and my husbands bad luck colours where black and white.. this has worried me..
i want a black and white top. actually about to buy one. its put me off thru worries of 'bad luck'
i was going to have a tattoo and same.. it will be black... bad luck?
and, lastly - it says my bad luck colour is also gold.. i have a gold wedding ring, gold watch, gold photo frames.. but again i love my gold watch, wedding ring i just cant get changed etc etc...

im very worried about bad luck as last year was really bad for me.

I suggest you see your GP and tell them about these thoughts and worries that are intruding into your life and causing unnecessary anxiety.

Seconding seeing your GP . In the meantime concentrate on the good luck symbols. I'm sure there will be some. It's like glass half full or half empty. There is good and bad it's your choice which to concentrate on.

Horoscopes are just a bit of fun. Avoid them if you're a worrier - or gullible.

This is less about superstition and more about fixation, and definitely fuelling your anxiety. Best to speak to a professional who can help.

What are your lucky colours?

I suggest getting a small ribbon in your lucky colour and keep it in a pocket whenever you are wearing an unlucky colour to balance the books.

I'm not a superstitious person so I will try to empathise where I can.
You said you have turned to reading horoscopes and the Chinese one gave good / bad colours. Why the Chinese one? Can you find one that gives you different colours? I'm guessing you know it's just a person writing it, it's not based on scientific fact, so unless China has a place in your heart I'd search every horoscope you can to find one with colours you agree with.
I don't understand how wearing a gold wedding ring that you have previously worn now does bring bad luck because you have read it will. Can you repeat to yourself your ring is bronze, yellow, anything but gold?
Buy the top.... Life is too short. Buy put it on and repeat to yourself that today will be a good day whilst wearing this top.
Can you get a tattoo in colour? Or ask him to do it in midnight blue, yes that is probably black looking but you may feel better calling it something else?

Another one to suggest seeing your GP about your anxieties.

It is your anxiety that is the trouble, it is fixating on the horoscopes. That is what anxiety does. Wearing your wedding ring or clothes of a certain colour is not going to hurt you, it is your anxiety fixing onto the horoscopes that tells you it will.

Stop reading the horoscopes and go to the Doctor.

To be honest , I do not recall horoscope etc suggesting bad good luck, they usually word things in a vague way for the reader's own interpretation.
After all not every Gemini will have bad luck all day today or good luck all day tomorrow.
Every year I see posts 'so glad to see the back of that year'
All many can suggest is to concentrate on the positive things and not dwell on the negative.
