Barclaycard doing my head in (changing statement date)

I suspect the OP is asking them to do it in a convoluted way.

My Barclaycard statements are produced on ~15th of the month and direct debit payment taken on ~10th. That would probably suit the OP.

I'd sent Barclaycard the following short message. "Please change my statement date to the 15th of the month."

There's no need to confuse the issue by explaining things to them.
