Defence looks fine, you found & copied a recent, relevant one! No giving up.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Dont give up.
The post was correct - you ha da week *before* going on jholiday to start. You knew you were going on holiday and you knew the deadlines from the court.
You have to take this process serioulsy and give it time. Paying may be *easier*, but while yo might be able to afford to pay, youre helping htem issue dozens more tickets by doing so, potentially to people who *cannot* afford it.0 -
Hello All,
I have now submitted my defence by email and received the acknowledgement response, do i also need to post it out or is email ok? Defence needed to be in by Monday 17th June.

Don't forget to send a copy to claimants!0

Don't forget to send a copy to claimants!
If the claim was started through MCOL, then the Defendant does NOT need to send a copy of the defence to the claimant - the CCBC does this for them.
THis is the only document that isnt sent to BOTH the court and claimant however
OP - the newbeis thread takes you through the entire process, step by step, and has all answers tehre.0 -
