Hi Guys
I recieved a letter today from dcblegal (to my address). Titled ITER OF CLAIM.
Basically saying basis of claim amount claimed and next steps.
Next steps it says they expect me to pay the full debt in 30 days or alternatively acknowledge this letter within the same time. Failure to do so will result in a claim being issued against you without further notice.
It's about 10 pages long financial and affordability page, information sheet, reply from.
The reply from has 4 pages and 9 options a too I.
Have you got any advice on how to proceed please? Obviously I want to fight this.0 -
Yes, have you read the newbies thread, which tells you exactly what to do at this stage?0
-
No have you got a link for it ?0
-
No, we don't.
It is a 'sticky' thread, meaning it sticks at the top of the forum, for info for all.
It is at the top of the very forum you are posting on - are you saying you haven't read any threads here before posting?
You appear to have missed my signature in post #7, which tells you where it is, as does my signature below this reply...and every reply I make. You do NOT need any link.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Sorry coupon mad I'm going off post 5 when you said...See that claim form? Do not ignore that. Come back here if so. I've now re checked and seen its regarding court proceedings.
I'm on mobile so I cant see any signatures but think I've found the sticky now.
Like I said in the original post I've tried to read all the information but struggle taking it all in.0 -
