How about updating the SRA as to the fact these were all a waste of your time and discontinued, but that you thought they should note as part of your complaint, how unprofessionally Gladstones handled these duplicate claims:

...they came back and quoted £600.00 to bring everything to a close and after much snorting / laughing I declined again. This particular Gladstone's rep was quite interested as to why I was so confident so I explained in the most short hand terms possible and she understood and left it at that.

Maybe a few hours later I received another call from someone else, much better spoken and given her used terminology, I'm assuming legally trained to at least some degree.

This person actually stated there has "been a misunderstanding on her colleagues part". Specifically the five other PCNs have actually been cancelled. The lady confirmed this via email too.

Then they also discontinued the final one, having wasted months of your time and nearly extracted (well, tried to extract) £600 from you that you believe that Gs knew at the time they asked for it, was not even recoverable as they discontinued them all.

Add a final line that it appears on public forums that Gs are dropping claims where the SRA has had a complaint about them, and yet these cases that have been referred to the SRA are the very tip of a very large iceberg of template witness statements written by Glastones, and not signed by the clients, and likely not seen by many clients.
