Thank you hopefully this is the case and it’s down to a technical hitch as I’ve calculated through and my statement adds up to the amount I thought but my balance is showing at £2000 less0 -
!!!
I was purely asking for advice seeing if anyone had experienced anything similar as I found it so strange that no transaction shows the money being removed, when £2000 goes misisng it’s a little hard to sit and wait I thought this was a forum for advice hence the post asking for advice0 -
It is.
And the advise is to contact them.
We cannot help with anything.
And even if it had happened to someone else, chances are it was for a different reason that yours will turn out to be.0 -

I never stated that any generation had financial education! Not once I asked for advise from people who I thought would be helpful more fool me
Yes you may not have had financial education but did you grow up with 1000xs of banks being advertised and recommend as the best deal , did you have so many forms of different types of banks, different currencies such as 1) Litecoin (LTC)
2) Ethereum (ETH)
3) Zcash (ZEC)
4) Dash (DASH)
5) Ripple (XRP)
6) Monero (XMR)
7) Bitcoin Cash (BCH)
And even more all recommending you place your money in for the best return
No you had a high street bank and a bank manager advising you maybe some fancy savings account maybe some real estate or if you were mega rich a bit of gold. That’s all it’s a completely different world out there now
Do I think your generation should of had financial education? Yes do I think everyone should? Yes
Would I be angry and bitter if they introduced it into schools now and I missed out? No
As for education....
should have had0 -
Where my cash back
I’m dyslexic you small minded individual
It’s 2019 get a grip people don’t sit pointing out other spelling mishaps anymore0 -
Look on the bright side, you're 5 hours closer to the best advice you can be (& have been) given........wait until tomorrow!Seen it all, done it all, can't remember most of it.0

At last! Shame it had to take so much cajoling and goading to get you to provide something that we can actually work with.
So, which deposits that show on your statements don't now show in your online account? - as asked quite some time ago - no need to tell us here but (barring any known system issues at Cashplus) your bank will probably need this evidence if you want them to believe you. Do the missing items have anything in common?
Thanks for providing a diagnosis for my condition - middle aged/over-the-hill syndrome - I like that; it legitimises and excuses my behaviour - although I am only 21.
I like your style though - showing your teeth with some financial knowledge after more or less claiming to have none - ten out of ten for that, but minus several million for grandmar and smelling.0 -
Yup, bet your bottom dollar on tomorrow, come what may...
I just hope Cash Plus have an explanation.0 -

Could it be that you mis-read the numbers then?
Name calling won’t get you anywhere either0
