    400M is a long way. Too far to significantly affect aesthetics.

    OP, my last house was 40M from a high power pylon. The cables went directly above a children's play area. The children were fine. We were fine. The house sold fine. Literally the only "issue" was a slight hum you could hear if it was misty.

    400m is the equivalent of running full pelt for about a minute. That’s quite far away and I wouldn’t be concerned unless I could see it from everywhere in the house and garden as it may play on your mind. Out of sight, out of mind.
