Search the forum for ANOTHER ONE BITES THE DUST and read a few court reports.

I posted one on the thread by @Old_Bird_65 last week, for example:

Thanks, nice report and BWLegal scuppered again ?

Why they think that "copy and paste" is a winner is beyond us ..... the Judge clearly thought the same.

In the words of BWLegal ..... that is so nonsensical.
Will they continue ?   of course
Will they still lose in court ?  of course they will

Well done (again) and a nice report.  I, like others, fail to see how a defence or witness statement is made less worthy just because it has been used before - the so-called copy & paste.  Most witness statements cannot be C&P because they are specific to the case in hand (apart from style and format), although technical and legal arguments (defence) can be used over and over.  It doesn't seem to bother claimants when they submit c&p witness statements themselves and often copy errors!

Just found out that the judge was called District Judge Stinger. Good name. Thanks again everyone for your invaluable help and support through all this. I hope I can be of service to others in the future.
