After 15 months of support from forum regulars a bit more information on what happened today would be helpful to us and to those we help in future PP cases. 

A court report with court location, Judge's name, court claim number, did the PPC field an advocate, what did they have to say, what did you say, what did the Judge say, on what point(s) did the Judge make his/her decision, did you get your costs (ordinary and additional) ...... would be very helpful.

Yes please give us and newbies a Court Report to read, how you found it all, what happened, did the other side turn up, which Judge and court and what did he/she say about the point(s) that won it for you? And did you claim your costs at the end - too late to ask now.

Yes. I was fully intending to give you more info!! Just had to get on with my job and wanted to let you know quickly that I had won. When you say 'court report' do you mean something I write or something from the court itself. If the latter how do I get that?

Just "what happened on the day" in your words as it gives a flavour of the experience for NEWBIES and helps the regulars fine tune their advice.  Also it give a warm fuzzy feeling when PPCs lose!
