Please don't pay the penalty let it go to court it need be. I've literally been in today and won against a company today. We couldn't even put our reg in the machine but still got a print out of the ticket and the judge was more than happy that we had paid and dismissed it. We were in there about 2 minutes.0

Thanks Woody 510. Is it possible to give a brief timeline of event indicating the overall time from start to finish? How difficult was preparing for the court?0

The original incident occurred in April 18 and we were in court yesterday so just over a year. Preparing was really quite easy and this was all down to help from people here. I used couponmads defence for anpr and pdt machines which is found in the sticky thread. As for the witness statement I needed to do 2 as I was a witness who went with the registered keeper. That was fairly easy I merely put down what happened and attached our ticket as evidence. If you look at my thread the last few posts show complaints and a news article about the company we had trouble with. This may be helpful for you as I'm sure these machines are set up to scam people.0
