Asda tyres were the cheapest I found recently.you can get them fitted at a local tyre fitter near you.
They were £25 cheaper each then the tyre company I used to fit them.0 -
100% operator.Now that I own a car with snazzy shiny black wheels I've got interested in wheel damage during tyre changing. Is it a matter of operator skill, equipment or both?
I've used tyre machines at friends' garages quite a few times. The lower the sidewall profile, the harder to fit - but anybody who gives a modicum of toss can do it without damaging the rims.
If I had <50 profile rubber, especially <40, on rims I was worried about, I'd be going to a decent performance tyre specialist - there's plenty around - even if they cost more than the knuckle-draggers.0
