Cheap Calls to South Africa

Hi, this may not be the correct forum, but i thought i could not find any other.


I need the ability to call landlines and mobiles in south Africa. i have until now been using a PAYG sim from three mobile but recently the calls have not been connecting and other calling issues. does anyone have any other recommendations?
i like the flexibility of being mobile.
My home landline is with VM
