    The good advice from the nPower rep will also apply to Scottish Power (who are the supplier in this case)

    You say that but as an average I am sure it is just skewed by houses people like in for a few weeks a year.


    I think 5000kWh is reasonable fora gas heated 3 bed semi with 2 people in it. (I have used more under the same).

    3000 or 5000 a year is insignificant when OP is talking of 11000 in 2 months
