Parking Fine - Berwick Station Car Park

Hi,
i posted a thread a while regarding a parking fine i received from Berwick (Sussex) train station car park. i tried to pay via the indigo parking app but consistently received an error bla bla bla. i put in an appeal to which i didn't get a response.
ZZPS then took over the correspondence with numerous letters of the fine increasing. i thought it had ended when i received a letter at the weekend from QDR Solicitors, who have been instructed by ZZPS Limited who are acting on behalf of Indigo Parking Solutions UK Limited, with a further increase on the fine. They state they will look to obtain a County Court Judgement and say it will affect my credit rating, my future lending, employment, and a warrant of execution.
Can anyone further advise and confirm i do not need to pay this fine?
Thanks,
R

Do not pay them a penny unless a judge so orders. Nine times out of ten these tickets are scams and will fail in court so complain to your MP.
Parliament is well aware of the MO of these private parking companies, and on 15th March 2019 a Bill was enacted to curb the excesses of these shysters. Codes of Practice are being drawn up, an independent appeals service will be set up, and access to the DVLA's date base more rigorously policed, persistent offenders denied access to the DVLA database and unable to operate.
Hopefully life will become impossible for the worst of these scammers, but until this is done you should still complain to your MP, citing the new legislation.

Just as the clampers were finally closed down, so hopefully will many of these Private Parking Companies. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0
