I doff my bicorn to you Sir/Madam. Would that others would have the cojones to ask for unreasonable behaviour costs, we encounter so much of it, and judges let it pass.

I guess they will feel that Gladstones have really served them well, especially when they receive their invoice for ‘professional fees and disbursements’!

Still, nothing that one extra PCN, added to each parking chimp’s KPI for the week, won’t sort out.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

This is a great result. Out of curiosity, what cost headings were you claiming? I can only think of salary for the time spent at court and maybe travel to/from? Did you also factor in the time taken to prepare your defence?

Octavian771, have you seen the examples of costs schedules linked from post #2 of the NEWBIES thread?

Yes I have seen something like £95 loss of earnings, + 45ppm + parking. I was curious how one would get to £700!
