3rd Party Cons?

I’m ready for an upgrade with EE but their plans are so expensive compared to those through 3rd parties (buymobiles.net, for example). What are the cons of going through a 3rd party supplier? Thanks.:)

    None whatsoever in my experience.
Retired at age 56 after having "light bulb moment" due to reading MSE and its forums. Have been converted to the "budget to zero" concept and use YNAB for all monthly budgeting and long term goals.

The con is the expression “I’m ready for an upgrade”. The networks love to keep customers buying phones every 2 years on finance, they make a shed load of money that way.

Look at going SIM only and either keeping the existing phone, or if it’s really needing replacement buy one separately. You can save a lot of money by avoiding the phone+SIM trap.

Yes but the cost of a newer iPhone is just about equal to buying one and keeping my current SIM card. My iPhone is done, and needs replaced. :(

Then change to Android and don't let Apple make a mug of you.

One has absolutely nothing to do with the other.

I thought this apple stuff was supposed to be good.
Two years old and it's 'done'?

Time to buy a decent phone methinks.
