I just checked the Notice to Keeper letter again. It says you have 21 days to appeal. the letter was set on the 16th April.
It sounds like it's not possible to start an appeal as the keeper now?
What are my options?0 -

How will I know if i'm served a LoC and or MCOL? I'd like a mortgage in 2 years, could I end up with a CCJ appearing at an old address and linking to me?0 -
yes, so make sure you email the DPO at parking disease with the updated address after moving, keeping a copy for your own records0

You will just have to include them in your ''we've moved'' card list...!
Seriously, you simply email their DPO each time to erase the old address data.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
