We had a lovely meal at my parents house, followed by some birthday cake. Sunday was a nice relaxing day.
Yesterday was back to work, office job followed by a 2hr cleaning job. My customer had also asked if I'd pick up her prescription from the chemist for her on my way, which I did. I'm really hoping my helpfulness will result in enough good karma for the knock on the door by the postcode lottery lot with one of those giant cheques 😅
Today has been office job, followed by a 1hr cleaning job and then we've had the shopping delivered, which is us sorted for the next couple of weeks.
I have paid another £50 off the mortgage and the new total is £9,800. I'm hoping I can get another £100 off before payday next week 🙂Mortgage Balance as of September 2025 £11,700
Starting Mortgage Balance (June 2019) £72,000.
Aiming to be mortgage free by my 40th birthday, June 2026!7
