What am I doing wrong?

I have won some amazing prizes in in the last 12 years - including a holiday to Austtralia, a holiday to Florida, 2 iPads, concert tickets.
I haven't won a thing in 16 months though, but I see people winning so much all the time.
Am I doing something wrong?
Thank you evryone who posts the comps - I will keep trying!

I think there are more people entering than there used to be.0

Just wanted to say I have been comping for over 10 years now and this has been the absolute worst year for wins!Ask.. Believe.. Receive..

As above - there are just far more people entering competitions so our chances to win are lower than ever.
I've got back into comping in the last few months and haven't won a thing yet - very very different from a few years ago !I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Competitions boards. Best win ever: Trip to the Galapagos Islands in 20100 -
Two lovely free holidays in 12 years is surely fantastic! There will be saturation point at which new compers quickly become discouraged and drop out - so stay with it. Not hard for me as I chase down "lost causes" all the time......Still cracking on....

I think we all get a lot less wins now than a few years ago.
Besides more people entering I also think there are a lot less comps with good prizes. Many more for low value prizes these days.0 -
I have won 82 prizes so far this year - so keep positive! I know it's really a game of luck. xxx11 wins in August 2019 :j Thanks everyone x

I have gone six months without a win. I recently won a box of beer, that's it so far this year.0

A lot of the same prizes are being offered across a number of sources too and often they're things I don't need or wouldn't want, so I'm not entering many at all now.0

I haven't won anything in almost two years, and before that it was about four years I think. I started comping about 12 years ago too, and it was great the first few years. People keep asking me why I don't enter competitions any more and I always tell them that I do, I just don't win anything!!0

I'm pretty sure Martin Lewis recently had a programme on TV about entering competitions to win more and as above I think more people are taking part. I haven't won anything for over a year but I did have a lovely win of £3000 January 2018. I'll keep going as others will drop out over time.
Best Wins: £3000 Cheque, £750 win, £100 Cheque, £50 Cheque, £100 Amazon Voucher, Emerald Birthstone Bracelet, Alex Monroe Scissor Necklace0
