orange anytime dail up changing to broadband

Just wondering if any other Orange/Wanadoo customers have received their new modems for use with broadband when dail up anytime finishes?
I was sent email saying it would be about 3 weeks in arriving but I have not received anything yet.
Any clues anyone?

No,cos i ditched Orange,how dare they say i had no choice but to finish using dial up.I was thinking about going on to broadband but not because they were forcing the issue.I had some trouble getting away from them but now very happy with my new provider.0
