1. Ignore DRP (read the NEWBIES FAQ sticky, post #4 for more info on debt beggars).
2. Wait to see if the PPC issues a Letter of Claim or formal court proceedings.
3. Come back and open a new thread of your own, no further inputs on this one, if you receive either of the above.

Pretty simple really.

You might start by reading the NEWBIES FAQ sticky, post #1 and after doing so, if there's further advice you require, please start a new thread of your own.

You need to have a better understanding of what you're dealing with than just posting a one-line question and hoping for a Eureka solution.

Come back in a couple of days after a bit of preparatory reading - this can be beaten, you can do this.

HI. 
I have recieved a PCN from Inital parking due to unpaid tariff time in Fistral Bay car park on 12.08.20 stating that I entered at 1236 and left at 1559 hrs. On that day it was extremely busy and took ages to get down the hill into the car park and then wait for a family to return, pack up and leave. I then tried to queue for the machine which was taking ages and eventually managed to get into the just parking app to pay the £6.10 Tarrif at 1258 hrs which was 22 mins after entering the car park. I then left at exactly the time the ticket was up. I have appealed to inital parking who rejected my appeal despite proof from my parking app as I had stayed for 22 mins without payment. I have now made an appeal to POPLA on the grounds that i was not parked for the outstanding 22 mins and that was the time it took to get down into the car park, eventually manage to park and then get on the app for a ticket. I am a bit concerned as if ita rejected I am stuck with a £100 fine as I have not elected to rollover and pay the £60 without a fight.
