What's the weirdest substitute item you've been sent?

Current pick rate at Asda is 244 an hour. Bearing in mind we check every date and quality. I can do it but some of the younger staff arn't red hot on checking dates and quality. They only seem to care about speed. It's relentless, we're told of if we speak to anyone except customers.
It's about time big buisness looked at customer satisfaction rather than getting the job done with the minimum amount of staff in the fastest time possible.2 -

Instead of a TV mag, we got a bottle of olive oil (not even close)! Can't even find a connection, though we did have a comment - well if you can't watch tv, you can do a stir fry!1

Order included a loaf of sourdough bread and fresh rosemary, didn't receive either but instead got a rosemary focaccia... never worked out which item it was supposed to be a substitute for or if the picker thought it'd cover both off1
