I'd never heard of that service from them, it would have helped enormously if you'd told us that at the start.
It doesn't change the fact that Virgin are not obliged to help you for free with something that actually has nothing to do with them regardless of whether the content comes over your BB or not. if you still can't understand that then I'll leave you to it.0 -
Di c k Branson is the problem with virgin. so much censorship from a hypocritical hippie that has always been part of the establishment"The Holy Writ of Gloucester Rugby Club demands: first, that the forwards shall win the ball; second, that the forwards shall keep the ball; and third, the backs shall buy the beer." - Doug Ibbotson0

He has nothing to do with Virgin apart from licensing his name to be used with the product in some areas.
Not sure the last time Branson was associated with Virgin BB/TV.

I did tell you that wanted to charge me at the start! That was the sole reason for my thread(s).
I phoned them because I got a message on screen saying there was a bandwidth issue and THAT I SHOULD CONTACT MY SERVICE PROVIDER.
I did not know when I phoned them that it was not their issue, however it would have been their issue had I agreed to pay them.
Anyway thank you for trying to help me.0 -
I stream using many devices eg Chromecast, Amazon Fire Stick, Amazon Fire on a TV and have no issues with VM.0
