    Don't be worried!

I think the combination of the 2 dashcam photos showing the car park offers two hours even at night, plus the Sainsburys sign that says the 2 hour offer and regime applies ''24/7'' gives you a certain win if POPLA are awake.

All you do is use the templates POPLA appal points already written, linked in the NEWBIES thread post #3, and then add a first introductory point that takes the Assessor through the evidence on signs and that display, that prove 2 hours was on offer 24/7 so there is no contravention.

Have another look at the PCN - the times and dates. They haven't used the night before's ''in'' photo and added to the last ''out'' photo over 24 hours later, have they?

I am trying to work out what on earth they are thinking...

I searched the signs for that but it's not there, is it?

This one will be fun to see if ECP contest it at POPLA, and if so, how...?

Nine times out of ten these tickets are scams so complain to your MP.

Parliament is well aware of the MO of these private parking companies, and on 15th March 2019 a Bill was enacted to curb the excesses of these shysters. Codes of Practice are being drawn up, an independent appeals service will be set up, and access to the DVLA's date base more rigorously policed, persistent offenders denied access to the DVLA database and unable to operate.

Hopefully life will become impossible for the worst of these scammers, but until this is done you should still complain to your MP, citing the new legislation.

Just as the clampers were finally closed down, so hopefully will many of these Private Parking Companies.
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

That letter must have been written by one of those infinite number of monkeys on the infinite number of typewriters because it seems they can type until the end of time and not come up with a cogent paragraph - it's excruciating.

Maybe the sign is from a different car park or has recently been changed. Do you have your own pictures of the signs?

As I said, they are clutching at straws. You have proof the offer was NOT 'ten minutes':
I think the combination of the 2 dashcam photos showing the car park offers two hours even at night, plus the Sainsburys sign that says the 2 hour offer and regime applies ''24/7'' gives you a certain win if POPLA are awake.
