On the basis of the Fiesta that reversed into me yesterday - while I was parked, handbrake on and engine off - with no other vehicle within 10 metres... some people can't actuary work a mirror!I need to think of something new here...0

UPDATE: My luck is getting worse, the TP is now claiming for injuries presumably whiplash for not 2 but 3 people when there was only 2 people! Not only that but when they got out the car they were jumping up n down going looks at your car bro etc so definitely not injured. All this before my exams too smh.0

That in itself can't be used to disprove any injury.
Whiplash is generally a soft tissue injury and symptoms often don't show up for a hours or sometimes a day or two after the initial incident that caused the problem.0
