ISOM - I downloaded Skype but it was doing funny things to my internet so uninstalled it. Kept disconnecting when I tried the 'test call' as well.. ho hum!

re: 'blancmange' taka - break it into the 2 translated words 'white'+'eat' and you have the rationale for the name of this early Old French classic - originally made with arrowroot and given as an invalid food. I love it still.
And the skin from the top is MINE (as with custard) - I think we've had squabbles over this a long time ago on other threads.Just in case anyone thinks it's theirs.................

You can have it - never liked the skin on custard or, even worse, hot milk!
