what sort of radius have you investigated for schooling, isn't the one half way up the pensinsula pretty geared up for all that kinda stuff?
saw you're photo on facebook, you're pretty much as i'd imagined actually:D

Noooo that one is the he was badly bullied at (he was "too academically advanced" for the excellent unit there which only goes to 16 anyway -so was mainstream) in year 8. I know it pretty well as I've worked there as an LSA and quit when I removed him as they were failing him and moved him to where he is now. The unit there was fab (unit head was brillient but she's now left don't know if it's still as good but kids with ASD in mainstream who should have been in the unit but it's horribly oversubcribed-didn't get the right support)
The two I'm looking at are one of the local grammer schools (RM near the big Mr Ts) and another that also has an AS unit and good reputation but is Kent rather than my local LEA and recommended by a AS parent who has a child there currently. I've also found an AS youth club locally-really hoping it's as good as it sounds-would be REALLY good for him. Lot more going on since my last post as the SENCO at his current school thinks he can't cope with ANY school (she's known him for a total of 3 weeks-grrrr) so need to tread carefully that they don't screw everything up so have organized Ed Pysch assessment and school visits with J to discuss.
I am shattered with all the stress and still in bed but better get up as I start work at 3.

hello peepys, how are we all? yes sorry for my absence but it gives me a headache at the mo to post for too long as my ggod eye starts to complain, so just a quickie before i dash off to take DP out for a leg stretch...
Sorry duchy i didn't realise that was the one he was at, will have a rethink, likewise for yourself hon, was a bit concerned about your wee tearful episode the other day but couldn't call you at the time. Hope all is ok. here anytime you need.
Well things in the P house, hmmmm....untidy you could say!!! just got in from the beloved tesco (£8.39 spent, not too bad..) and from having a cuppa and a natter with the lovely hypno (incl cheesy chips... shhhh! don't tell the gym!) (£2.49 spent there) and had to get petrol too (£57ish:eek: ) making a grand total spent today of £67.88:eek: however the food money was fromt eh food pot so not worried about that, personal spends of £59.49:o

Money however seems a little stagnant right now, not going down any which seems good.
I had a response from teh parking fiasco that I spoke about back there <<< somewhere and they have decided to reduce it to £30. I'm not going to much about as i really can't be doing with the stress and hassle when it's been going on for a year so will just pay them, £30 is better than £60 or £90 in anyones book!!!:T

Still need to wait for my bingohearts money and the extra payment taken by my ex employer to come back so right now things stand like this.....

*rushes off to look at online banking... edit in one sec...:rotfl: *

Thanks to all who have posted and sorry for my absence just need to take it easier for now.. only very gentle exercise allowed until they know what is going on though... I have a marathon to run don't they know!!!

Yike, Pania, poor you, sorry to hear about your eye. Sounds like you can still drive, is that right? And glad you and hypno had company with each other again. Sympathies with the eye - I've been out mystery shopping, and cos its cold, I start getting a repeat of shingles pain, which makes just *living* incredibly painful - not as bad as shingles itself, but still pretty bad. Paracetemol just starting to work, thank heavens, off for a cuppa tea.

    I'll be thinking of you.

Dont be messing wth that eye mss p!! While you hav a marathon to run its not worth doing stuff until you know you can safely do it - no achievemnt is worth doing permanent damage for is it eh!! When you get a mo can you post a piccie of piggy so pap can see - shes ordered one and I think will go for spots but would be good for her to see your starred one if you can! When you get a mo though and are able! Just try & enjoy the enforced relaxation. Did they say you could go to the gym?!!

    hello....

I can go to the gym but walking only.... shame, i never was one to obey doctors orders!!! LOL
however I have just got back from a walk with DP, had a jog along the road and eye instantly went back to being abd again so think i need to swallow it and listen to the medical proffessionals for once!!!

Of course i can post a pick hon, sorry it's taken a while...will do within the hour as just off for a bath.
Hiya Karma yikes right back to the shingles pain, take it easy out there hon.. sympathies in return...

    Hi Pania

Thanks for the good wishes - its just stopped aching now...

:naughty::naughty::naughty: But, I'm going to tell you off, okay? Do what your doctor tells you about this! Don't mess with your eyesight!!! And part of me wants to scare the living daylights out of you, but that not fair, so I won't do it. But I'm really worried for you, Pania, please, please listen to the doctor, don't bounce around with an injury like that.
