hope the chocolate hasn't had a bed effect on the ferret, i guess he's improving if he's upto chocolate.
a crop is a day of scrapbooking, i going to a local village hall where they have a crop day each month, sometimes they do a class other times it's just use what you've got, we all take loads of our stuff, compare how we each work, swap ideas (in my case, borrow them from others) and basically have a day when we can forget about the whole world, housework etc and enjoy our hobby. (Un)fortunately there were a sale on and i got some real bargains. I managed to get a raffle prize for the group of friends who craft and meet up fortnightly, should have been 11 squid in total and was only 4 squid.0 -

Hello ooooooooooo ooooooooooo!!!!
I'm a little P that is feeling a little chuffed today....
I have ust completed my first NSD since the life before time began!!!!:T
Was begining to despair that i would ever do it!:T
However it was done out of    ness, completely and utterly...:o
Aside from fuel money it is going to be a !!!!!! tight month!!! somehow i have completely and totally lost track of my finances and haven't a clue what has happened or where it has gone.
It has really taught me that I am clearly not careful enough on the good months to be able to handle myself on the tight months or i would be used to the leaner months without trying...
I feel in many ways i have been having a series of mini lightbulbs over the last week or so with everything that is going on and it is reaffirming my learning that i've had from the last year. I KNOW as deliciosa says "i'm NOT trying hard" just a whole load of whinging and moaning being done and nowt much of anything else.
So A into G and back into it. had some bad news today and tosse r boss is back to being my line manager again which i am NOT going to go along with so is a definate view towards pastures new for me, has kinda made my decision for me to be honest, I'm not going back to being treated like that again.
ebay needs to go on, amazon books from upstairs need listing.. need to check out the bingo situation, as i believe the T+C's have changed on some of them. and get my little butt into gear again....:o
Had a lovely weekend with Mum, and a lovely meal was had too.:T jazz band, nice table settings, Mum and I are both vegetarians and we told them when we booked that we were. after OH and folks had been eating ten mins no vege meals had appeared. we questioned and they bought out one... a mistake was made and that was all they had cooked
So mum and I had to share....
We got mums meal half price, all our drinks and coffees for free and a free bottle of wine to take home for our troubles..will defiantely go back there and OH and i had a very free mothers day meal to pay for, £55 for five of us for a 2 course meal and coffees!!!!! I paid £20 OH paid the rest!!:T
Had a good old cry when mum went home, I miss her so much and our time together is so few and far between that every second we spend together is precious. we had a lovely time but it so felt that she was arriving one minute and going the next. Still will see her again at the end of march and on mothers day considered myself incredibly lucky that i had a mother to spend mothers day with.
Right, amazoning to be done!!!
Speak soon

Sounds like a lovely Mothers day P
I more or less ignored the day DS was with his Dad til 9.30 so I ended up volunteering for overtime and worked til 10 instead of 8-and my Mum isn't around anymore.
Managed to book a doctors appointment AND a school appointment for DS at the same time today ooops Luckily school rescheduled and it was all quite contructive and will hopefully take some of the pressure off DS who is getting very stressed in the run up to GCSEs. A levels are likely to be a problem-as academically he can handle them but not socially and the stress kicks in-but more meetings are been set up to address THAT. Not sure what the solution is but one step at a time for now.I Would Rather Climb A Mountain Than Crawl Into A Hole

Aww, Pania - glad you had a good Mother's Day, in all sorts of ways, sorry it was so upsetting to see her leave. My mum is still very much around, and my brother took her out to a lovely hotel restaurant near them, she was well impressed, and very sleepy and happy after it.
You're so energetic - I'm kind of surprised that you feel you've taken your eye off the ball with the debts, but hopefully now it'll soon be under control again.
Have a good day.2023: the year I get to buy a car0
