awwKC dont be beweildered! Talk of pig is the one I'm making for the sealed pot challenge...LT has been having problems with an ebayer and buying shoes for the wedding....umm not sure what else...

LT wok up at 5am with Manu chewing my feel pondering your ebay issue. I seriously would email ther person in question and say that you agreed terms, she went with it & if she's not happy with that then fine leave fnegative eedback and then report her to ebay with copies of emails shes sent you and tel her you'll be doing that. What she is doing is emotional blackmail and is against the spirit of ebay & while hard I wouldnt let her get away with it.

I wish I was bl00dy ok! what is it with big organisations thinking they can screw people over and walk all over you it really really p155es me off!!!!!!:mad: :mad: :mad: :mad:

Parking ticket received (allegedly 23rd feb 2007) 3 appeals letters sent, court summonses recinded, bailiffs on old door step end of last year AFTER court action had been recinded, new appeals letter sent 5th January 2008, demand for £90 received this morning !!!!!!!!!!!!:mad: :mad: :mad:

cue floods of fed up what the hell else do i have to do tears, conversation to maidstone borough council, 4th appeal letter never received along with the other 3 i've previously sent, like !!!!!!!!!!

I NEVER RECEIVED THE BLOOMING TICKET IN THE FIRST PLACE!! SOMEONE HAD TAKEN IT OFF MY BLOOMIN CAR!!!!!:mad: :mad: :mad:

Manager at the abbey isn't calling me back despite numerous promises to the contrary, mum now receiving DCA letters from moorcroft debt recovery re the abbey debt that is (again allegedly) being written off, causing problems there.:mad:

What the hell else do you have to do to get these organisations to stop walking roughshod over you and sort it out!!!!! I've followed every instruction to the letter for both maidstone borough council and northampton county court and done everything i could to resolve the situation and what have they done?? Jack all. :mad: :mad:

I Am soooo fed up!! am considering a call to the kent messenger news paper to talk to them about the "situation" shall i give them a chance to sort it out once and for all today as i have been promised they will!!!! or shall i just do it.
Upset, p'd off, shaking and really really don't know what else to do.:o you think you've got everything square and then these come and bite you on the butt again. Please world just leave me alone and give me a break.:o

Yep- i always think of the Monty Python boot stamping on us. sorry they are being like that with you- it sounds like left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing with their various depts. If you get no satisfaction then i would defo ring the papers.

right i think i need to make a phone call to the papers. this is bl00dy ridiculous. they are not prepared to drop the case and have stated that the fax i sent today was the first that they have seen of the appeal letter!!!!!! they have dropped the charge back to £60 and will let me know if they accept my appeal or not but it will only be based on mitigation surrounding the offence and not on the distress and inconvenience that they have caused throughout the last year!!!!!

Seems very unlikely to me that they wouldn't have received all three letters, but then I have had council employees saying they hadn't received an email from me, when I'd done the 'receipt' thing and had notification it'd been read!

Cor they have a cheek dont they? They must all need blind dogs if they have missed three letters. I think they know you mean business and i reckon with a bit more pushing will cave in- but it depends how much more aggro you want. Our council are a bit like that as well- they introduced a scheme with PARKWISE who seem to have acquired SAS training skills especially designed to irritate the motorist and if you are disabled- God help you. Every week in the local rag, there is a case about them being unfair to some poor pensioner, or if someone has diplayed their disabled badge a cm too much to the right so the poor person reading it has cricked their neck:cool: . The latest one has been about parking in Tesco's for longer than three hours and how they are going to fine you for it!! Our town has definately gone to the dogs, and i now park in free spaces and have it timed for one hour. There are only a few decent shops so not too hard to do. Good luck with it all.

Talk about the day from hell, jesus!!!!

Abbey have passed the alleged debt to moorcroft debt recovery and are refusing to suspend it even though they admit that the complaint is still on going and that they are not exactly sure how much i owe them if anything.
Ihave spoken to the financial ombudsman and now taken it to an official complaint. the ombudsman service is not impressed with their conduct at all especially with regards to the fact that they withdrew my overdraft facility without notification and that they placed my account in default again without notification my account was closed again with no notification etc etc. They have also said that they can follow up the fact that my address wasn't changed when i specifically went into branch to do it and therefore the correspondance that they have sent out has been going to the wrong address.. So thats 2 companies that have severely P'd me off today and P means war!!!!!! I WILL WIN whether they like it or not!!!
Bored I know what you mean re SAS parking attendants. they openly flout what should be happening and people believe them as opposed to anyone else and the public don't have a say in the matter.
I need a cup of tea, heres for a better weekend....
