Okay, emailed the Enforcement email address and received a confirmation (automated) Lets see how this goes. Just on a side note... how do you manage to get so many tickets?

I've never had a ParkingEye PCN! Have had others but not P/Eye.
I used to be a joint Director of a business doing this in an honest way, until (the regulars know this) I left by my own choice, and around that time I was harassed by certain people whose paths should never have crossed with mine. Long story, it's in the past.
That's why I've done so many cases over the years (appeals and defences and replies to LBCs) and I was close to 100% successful. Alongside the business I also had a full time job in a school, and I continued to do this for free here all the time and have consistently posted here for a decade or more.
I am happy to do this for nothing here and for colleagues, friends, family and on other forums.
One day maybe I will run my own business again.
Also happy to attend court cases in the local area to support people, if I am free.

Well he is happy to receive correspondence and accept liability, whether he will pay is a different question>>
He would be daft to pay, and parking lie are extremely unlikely to try and take someone who lives overseas through a UK court. It would cost them a fortune.
But it is imperative that he admits to being the driver otherwise it could bounce back to you.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.
