You are wasting your breath with them.
Send the already written blue text template appeal you will find in post #1 of the NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread.
Send it unchanged - no additions or alterations needed.
Send it as the keeper.
Repeat for every ticket you receive.0 -
A above, but also edit your post to remove information about who did what. Only ever refer to The Driver and The Keeper, who are two different people.

ABSOLUTELY CATEGORICALLY NOT!What I'd like to do is phone APCOA up and say 'Oh I parked last week and just noticed I got the reg wrong - can you update it please' but I've read so many times not to call them.
APCOA are 100% beatable by NOT telling them who was driving. Sooo easy!
NO. You play it our way - it will work, I PROMISE.So do I appeal online, with the proof that I have a valid ticket and explain the issues with the reg and refer the other tickets I know are coming?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Apologies for resurrecting an old(ish) post but I have a quick follow up question if that's okay.
I recall seeing an email address where I can request DVLA provide me with the details of who has been making enquiries for about my vehicle. (I recall they always seem to reply to these request by post)
I've done a search of the forum but can't seem to locate it. If someone has it I would be grateful.
Many thanks

I've done a search of the forum but can't seem to locate it.
I am sure that a search of the DVLA website would have been fruitful.
Nine times out of ten these tickets are scams so complain to your MP.
Parliament is well aware of the MO of these private parking companies, and on 15th March 2019 a Bill was enacted to curb the excesses of these shysters. Codes of Practice are being drawn up, an independent appeals service will be set up, and access to the DVLA's date base more rigorously policed, persistent offenders denied access to the DVLA database and unable to operate.
Hopefully life will become impossible for the worst of these scammers, but until this is done you should still complain to your MP, citing the new legislation.

Just as the clampers were finally closed down, so hopefully will many of these Private Parking Companies. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -
HOW TO USE THE FORUM SEARCH FUNCTION:
Use the Forum Jump button (one near the top and one near the bottom of this page) to get back to the forum thread list. Just above the threads, on the right, is a heading along a line, next to forum tools, called 'Search this Forum'. Put your key word(s) in and change the default search from 'Show Threads' to 'Show Posts'.
"
You should email the DVLA and ask which organisations (when and for what reason) accessed the registered keeper's data from them between a range of dates which includes the date(s) of the parking incident(s). You need to provide the registered keeper's full name and address, the address on the V5C logbook and the Vehicle Registration Mark of the vehicle involved in the parking incident.
SubjectAccess.Requests@dvla.gov.uk
This service is free of charge.
Even though you email your request, the DVLA will respond via Royal Mail."
