So after what has felt like forever I have received my court Date for November the 5th.
On a plus note i received a response from my local MP via Letter, the letter stated he is constantly being contacted about the area in question and its became such a problem he has contacted the council and they are looking into buying the private land, Surely this will go in my favour.0
